Hosted by The N.C. Zeitgeist Foundation, the Transatlantic Exhibition of Art In the Southeast (TEASE) will revolve around the theme “Heimat” or “Home/Homeland.” Artists from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Germany) and from Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (United States) will create and present “sense-of-place” themed works of art reflecting a transatlantic exchange of ideas about the meaning of “Homeland – Parting & Return”. The evening will include intimate discussions of the art pieces with the artists and refreshments will be served.
The event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required.
