Saturday Story Time In The Rabbit Hole – Inventors

January 20 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Due to the high enthusiasm surrounding Story Time, we will be offering this to members only. To join the Library Society, please click here.

Join us for our beloved Story Time in the Rabbit Hole! During this hour long, kid-friendly program, children and their parents/caregivers will join Kenna, our incredible Camps in the Stacks leader. She will be reading in the Rabbit Hole and making an on-theme craft to bring home.

For this Story Time, Kenna will read Rube Goldberg’s Simple Definitely Different Day Off  by Jennifer George and the craft will be a DIY kaleidoscope!

This Saturday will include our Monthly Music Class with Sabrina Moorman!  Music Class will take place directly after craft time from 11:15 to 11:45 and requires no additional registration.

Sabrina Moorman, MT-BC, NICU-MT is a board-certified music therapist! She completed her Bachelors degree in Music Therapy from The University of Alabama, completing her internship in Fairfax County Public Schools. Her primary instrument is voice, but she is also an accomplished guitarist, pianist, and ukulelist. Sabrina’s music classes for kids combine exploration of instruments, movement activities, sung stories, parachutes, bubbles, and so much more!

Story Time will repeat every Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:30 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am–we hope to see you there!
