The CSO string quartet–Yuriy Bekker, Micah Gangwer, Jan-Marie Joyce, and Norbert Lewandowski–will put you in the holiday spirit performing favorite tunes at the Charleston Library Society (164 King Street). The concert will feature music by Handel, Bach, and Elgar, as well as Christmas carols such as “Wexford Carol”, “Silent Night”, and “Greensleeves”, along with “Oh Chanukah, Oh Chanukah” in honor of the Festival of Lights. Fun arrangements of “We Wish You a Merry Tango” and “Fiddling on the Housetop” will be featured. This concert has become a very popular annual tradition and is not to be missed!
