With the success of its relaunch last Spring, look forward to Life-long Learning returning seasonally in a daytime format.
This Fall, we are fortunate to host a special (and timely) six-part series with Charleston-based authority Jon Gundersen, exploring foreign policy and the critical decisions made at the highest levels of government. With a focus on Post-World War II, the course will cover a number of topics from the dropping of the A-Bomb and the forming of NATO, to the Cuban Missile Crisis and our engagement in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq, as well as more the current crisis we face with Israel/Gaza and the War in Ukraine. Active and consistent class participation is encouraged from the position and perspective of a National Security Advisor – what would you recommend?
DATES: Sep 30th – Oct 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th – Nov 4th
Course Time: 10:30am-12:00pm, Mondays
Tickets: Sold only as an 6-week course (Seating is limited to 30)
